Account Information

When you sign up, we collect your name and email address. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile photo from Google. We use this to create your account and communicate about your plan.

Payment Information

Payments are processed through Stripe. We never see or store your credit card details. Stripe handles all payment security. We only receive confirmation of successful payments.

Interview Sessions

We store your session history including interview transcripts, scores, and feedback. This data powers your dashboard, progress tracking, and session review features. Voice audio is processed in realtime and not stored after the session ends.

Usage Data

We track basic usage like which features you use and how often. This helps us improve the product. We use Vercel Analytics for anonymous traffic data.

How We Use Your Data

• Deliver your interview practice sessions and feedback
• Process payments for the Interview Ready plan
• Send account-related emails (receipts, plan changes)
• Improve the product based on usage patterns

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it to build profiles for third parties.

If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days. Some data may be retained for legal or accounting purposes.
